Giveaway Terms & Conditions

Effective Date: June 9, 2026

These Giveaway Terms & Conditions apply to the limited-time I'm Being a Vagisil free merchandise giveaway available through this site.

By submitting a merchandise claim, you agree to these Terms.

This giveaway is not a sweepstakes, contest, raffle, or lottery. No purchase, payment, or donation is required to participate.

Promotion Period

The I'm Being a Vagisil merchandise giveaway begins on June 9th at 1:30pm CT and ends when all available giveaway inventory has been claimed or by June 16th at 1:30 pm CT if there is remaining inventory.

The Sponsor reserves the right to modify, suspend, or end the giveaway at any time, including due to inventory limitations, technical issues, suspected abuse, operational needs, or other circumstances.

How to Participate

To participate:

Visit imbeingavagisil.com during the Promotion Period.
Select an available merchandise item.
Complete the required checkout and shipping information.
Submit your claim.

No purchase or payment is required.

Submitting a claim does not guarantee fulfillment. Claims remain subject to inventory availability, eligibility verification, shipping address validation, and compliance with these Terms.

Available Merchandise

Approximately150 total merchandise items are available through this giveaway.

Available items may include:

T-shirts
Hats
Fanny packs

Colors, sizes, styles, and quantities are limited and may change at any time.

Merchandise is available on a first-come, first-served basis while supplies last.

Eligibility

This giveaway is available only to individuals located in the 48 contiguous United States and Washington, D.C. with a valid shipping address.

Void in Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses, and where prohibited or restricted by law.

Limit one item per checkout/session, unless otherwise stated.

Duplicate, incomplete, automated, fraudulent, abusive, or invalid claims may be canceled.

Sponsor reserves the right to cancel any claim that appears to violate these Terms or abuse the giveaway process.

Claim Confirmation

Receipt of an order confirmation or submission confirmation does not guarantee fulfillment.

Claims may be canceled if:

Inventory becomes unavailable
The order is incomplete
Duplicate claims are identified
Shipping information cannot be validated
The claim appears fraudulent, automated, abusive, or invalid
The claim otherwise violates these Terms

Shipping

Standard shipping is free within the 48 contiguous United States and Washington, D.C.

Please allow approximately 2 weeks for fulfillment and shipping after your order is submitted.

Shipping timelines are estimates and may vary due to fulfillment timing, carrier delays, address issues, inventory availability, or other operational factors.

Shipping is not available to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, P.O. boxes, or APO/FPO addresses.

Fulfillment Issues and Substitutions

Merchandise is available while supplies last and is provided as-is.

Sponsor is not able to guarantee replacements, exchanges, size changes, color changes, address changes, or substitutions after an order is submitted.

If selected merchandise is unavailable, cannot be fulfilled, or cannot be shipped, Sponsor may, at its discretion, cancel the claim or provide a substitute item based on available inventory.

Replacements and substitutions are not guaranteed.

No Returns or Exchanges

All merchandise claims are final.

Returns, exchanges, size changes, color changes, address changes, replacements, and substitutions are not available after an order is submitted.

Please review your selected item, size, color, and shipping address carefully before completing checkout.

No Resale

Merchandise is intended for personal use only and may not be claimed for resale, commercial use, or unauthorized promotional purposes.

Sponsor reserves the right to cancel claims suspected of being made for resale, bulk claiming, commercial use, or unauthorized promotional activity.

Data Use

Information submitted through this site will be used only to process, fulfill, and ship giveaway merchandise, manage inventory, prevent duplicate or invalid claims, and address fulfillment issues.

Personal information submitted through this site will not be used for marketing, retargeting, resale, or unrelated promotional purposes.

Information may be shared with fulfillment, shipping, technology, or service providers only as needed to operate the giveaway, process claims, ship merchandise, prevent abuse, and resolve fulfillment issues.
